The appropriate calcinations temperature is about 700 , and the tetragonal sno2 phase crystal structure of the particles remained unchanged when sb was doped to it . as the calcinations temperature increasing and the calcinations time prolong , the size of particles grows and the crystallization tend to be complete . study on the electrical properties of ato powders prepared by hydrothermal synthesis was performed in - depth , the most optimal electrical properties are obtained at doping ratio of 11 percent 水熱法制備的ato納米粉體在熱處理溫度700左右較為適宜,銻的摻雜并未改變粉體的四方相金紅石結(jié)構(gòu),隨銻摻雜量的增加,粉體的粒度變??;隨熱處理溫度的升高和熱處理時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng), ato粉體的粒度增大,晶體結(jié)構(gòu)趨于完整。
Using sncl4 - 5h2o and sbcl3 as precursors , antimony doped tin oxide particles with good electrical properties have been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis . the optimal conditions of this synthesis process were as following : doping ratio was 11 % ; reaction temperature was 180 ; reaction time was 2h ; the temperature and time of calcinations is 700 and 2h . the size of ato particles obtained is about 20nm , and its resistance can reach 0 . 2 , under 0 . 2mpa pressure 在摻雜濃度為11 ,水熱反應(yīng)溫度為180 ,反應(yīng)壓力1mpa ,反應(yīng)時(shí)間2h ,熱處理溫度為700 ,熱處理時(shí)間2h的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下制備的ato粉體,性能達(dá)到最佳,晶粒度在20個(gè)nm左右,在0 . 2mpa壓力下粉體電阻值為0 . 2 。
